For organisations

Values-based decisions, made under pressure

A fuel price rise changes the numbers overnight. A trusted employee is found with a hand in the till. A doctor looks at fifteen patients in the waiting room. Vedanta gives people the technique to know what they stand for and the intellect to act on it when it is hardest. Our programmes for organisations cover self-management, productivity, leadership, relationships and stress at work.

What changes

Greater productivity

Worry about yesterday and anxiety about tomorrow are what tire people, and driving with the brakes on is what burns them out. Concentration is the intellect holding the mind on the present task. Teams that learn it get more done with less strain.

What changes

Peace of mind

Stress is mental agitation produced by unfulfilled desire. The workshop takes that definition into a working week and shows where the agitation is manufactured, and how the intellect governs it.

What changes

Better decisions

The mind personalises; the intellect contextualises. People who can tell the two apart make sounder decisions, and make them faster, because the argument with themselves is shorter.
